I came here today to have my son Johns phone serviced. Let alone keeping calm and courteous under extreme stress. It’s not it easy dealing with thousands of customers a day during a pandemic. Unacceptable.įirst off I want to thank all the wonderful staff at this store. Such crooks and I will be pursuing action against this store and the genius manager. They wouldn’t even offer to have it sent for repairs! They only said they would sell the same phone for 500. Apple’s iPhone update fried the iPhone X and they couldn’t offer anything. I look forward to a expedient reply.The manager - Caroline at this location was extremely unhelpful. We have already found several others experiencing the same issue. I want to know what Apple will do to cover this cost of 1000 dollars, otherwise we will be seeking legal action. This isn’t okay and is exactly the type of thing that caused Apple to lose a class action lawsuit. This update clearly caused the phone to crash and as a result we have to decide between 600 dollars for repairs or 1,000 for a new phone (since we can’t trade it in). The update “Big Sur”, did away with the use of iTunes, leading to an error code. Good afternoon,Your newest update for Mac and the iPhone, caused my wife’s iPhone X to crash.
